I am a sous chef with a particular love for pastry, Nordic flavours, and tidy prep. I like the quiet rhythm of a well-run galley: dietary notes understood, stations reset, plating clean, and the pass supported before it becomes stressful. I work best with chefs who value precision, kindness, and food that feels considered rather than overworked.
