I am a crew cook who believes morale starts with people being properly fed. My work is practical and daily: breakfasts that get everyone moving, solid crew lunches, tidy prep, BBQs when the programme allows, and enough variety to keep long turnarounds from feeling endless. I like being the person crew can count on when the day has been heavy.
